Haley Crum Blanton, President

Haley’s career at FrankCrum started from the ground up, when she began working as a Customer Care Representative while studying for her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, FL.  Armed with the experience of speaking with clients and hearing their concerns first hand, she was later named Vice President of Client Operations for the PEO and the next year President of FrankCrum Staffing.

A Certified Staffing Professional, she is now working toward her law degree at Stetson University College of Law, St. Petersburg.  She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations and was a finalist in the Business Woman on the Year program conducted by Tampa Bay Business Journal.


Dena Zorzos, Business Development Director

Dena is an accomplished sales leader with over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry.  As Business Development Director, Dena is responsible for supporting sales, business planning, development of systems and procedures and client retention company-wide. Dena is on the board of the Florida Staffing Association and is a certified staffing professional.  She also holds certifications for OSHA 10 and is a Tescor administrator.

Patricia Rosenthal, Area Manager

After joining FrankCrum as Human Resources Manager in 2005, Trisha Rosenthal moved to the staffing side as Branch Manager and later Area Manager of FrankCrum Staffing in 2010. She is responsible for sales, customer service and client retention; managing operations and sales for several branch offices.

Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA.


Anne Lanning, Branch Manager

After joining FrankCrum in 2008 as an HR Specialist, Anne served as HR Generalist before being named Branch Manager in 2013.  As Branch Manager, she partners with clients to develop effective staffing solutions and leads a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to identify excellent candidates.
Prior to joining FrankCrum, she was Director of Operations and Personnel at Perenich & Carroll and Director of Physician Relations and Marketing for HCA Healthcare.  Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a board member of Suncoast HR.  She received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tampa.

Ryan Szmiga, Branch Manager

Ryan joined FrankCrum Staffing in 2009 as a Staffing Coordinator and served as Assistant Branch Manager before being named Branch Manager in 2013.  As Branch Manager, he supports sales and client retention by managing all aspects of branch office operations, including relationships with clients and management of candidate team members.

A Certified Staffing Professional, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, Tallahassee.  Prior to joining FrankCrum Staffing, he was a Senior Healthcare Recruiter with Maxim Health Care and Healthcare Recruiter with Medsource Travelers.
